The monitoring pole is also called the monitoring rod. It is divided into an octagonal monitoring rod, a round tube monitoring rod, an equal diameter monitoring rod, a variable diameter monitoring rod, a cone monitoring rod, and the height is generally 3-6 meters, mainly for traffic roads, crossroads, Schools, government, community, factories, border defense, airports, etc. where surveillance cameras are needed. The use of monitoring poles improves urban safety and is an effective guarantee for residents' lives.


1. The general urban road monitoring poles are all made according to the height of 6 meters and the cross arm is 1 meter. The community monitoring rod is conventionally made according to the height of 3-4 meters and the arm length of 0.8 meters.


1. There is no special situation. All the concrete of the monitoring poles are C25砼, and the steel bars are in line with the national standard and the wind requirements. The cement is 425 ordinary Portland cement. The proportion of concrete and the minimum amount of cement should meet the requirements of GBJ204-83; the thread above the anchor bolts of the embedded parts should be well wrapped to prevent damage to the threads. According to the installation diagram of the embedded parts, the embedded parts of the monitoring poles are correctly placed to ensure the extension of the arms.

2. The flatness of the concrete pouring surface of the monitoring pole foundation is less than 5mm/m as far as possible to maintain the level of the embedded parts of the pole. The embedded flange is 20~30 mm lower than the surrounding ground, and the ribs are covered with C25 fine stone shovel to prevent water accumulation.

Lightning protection

1. The monitoring pole must have a lightning rod and a good grounding. It is best to add the lead to the ground (recommended to conduct the pole), the grounding resistance is less than 4 ohms; the direction and the lane are vertical (or according to the engineer's requirements) the anchor bolt is used as the main rib;


1. When the pole, the control box, the cable bend, the linear length of the cable tube exceeds 50 meters, or the cable tubes at both ends are not 100 mm apart from each other, the hand hole must be set.

2. The inner circumference size of the hand hole well is 500 (length) × 500 (width) × 600 (deep) MM, and the gravel layer is used for water seepage; the wall of the hand hole well must be smeared with cement mortar.

3, the control box is equipped by the equipment manufacturer according to the required capacity, the shell is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate with a wall thickness of not less than 1.2mm, and the external plastic powder is sprayed and waterproof and anti-theft.

4. Structural steel shall not affect the material and mechanical properties of cracks, delamination, heavy leather, slag inclusions, etc. The depth of defects or scratches shall not exceed 1/2 of the negative tolerance of steel thickness, and shall not exceed 0.5 mm.

5.
